What levels of support do you require?

  • Operational support; we monitor your device using our Network Monitoring Systems (NMS), we will provide remote assistance with 24 hour hardware replacement SLAs, we will grant you visibility and reporting on information of all WAN devices that you have on our network through our cloud management platform, this will allow you to provide your network teams with info such as connected devices, usage statistics per device, which users have connected and how much data they are consuming, etc.
