Onwave was born out of frustration with the way the telecoms sector had historically delivered network services to the market; contracts were long and charges for services were complex, networks were rigid, slow to deliver and offered minimal service visibility to the Customer. Relationships were also one sided with little choice in the market.

In order to challenge this Onwave wanted to focus on building services that had a Customer first approach.

We wanted our solutions to be transparently priced, reliable, resilient and matched to the Customer’s needs. They had to be flexible, simple to change with minimal impact and cost to the Customer.

Onwave have built a network interconnected with a vast selection of both UK and Global providers to allows us to offer any form of access circuit (Fibre, Wireless, FTTP, FTTC, xDSL, 3/4/5G, Satellite) in any location.

  • Pick and choose networks and services – we select the best blend providers to offer you a technically and commercially aligned service.
  • Migrate between technologies – we allow Customers to move seamlessly between services, perfect for companies that need connectivity fast and have variable project durations.

We give Customers first-hand knowledge of their network by providing a cloud-based monitoring tool that allows you to understand exactly how your connection and data bandwidth is being used, down to the individual site, user or device.

Our commercial offer and billing ensure minimal work for you to ensure alignment to your key business drivers, whether these relate to support hours, contract duration, the split between capex and opex or billing arrangements.
