Stuart Ladbrook
Chief Executive Officer
Stuart leads Onwave, setting our vision and strategy and overseeing all operations. Since joining in 2011, following senior roles at major engineering and technology organisations, his leadership has driven the company's growth.
More than 25 years in telecoms, construction and rail have given him deep knowledge of the industries many of our customers work in, and a clear sense of what they need from a partner.
Jay Moorhouse
Chief Operating Officer
Jay brings a wide range of infrastructure project experience to the Onwave team. Jay is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation with over 20 years experience.
Susanne Cubel-King
Director of People and Culture
Susanne leads our Customer Operations team delivering hassle-free deployments for our Customers around the UK and Europe.
Chris Hall
Commercial Director
Chris leads Onwave’s commercial function, covering strategy, pricing, contracts, forecasting and risk, and drives our growth through enterprise partnerships.
A Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he has over ten years’ senior leadership experience with blue-chip organisations across engineering, construction, telecommunications and technology. He specialises in complex, high-value agreements, giving customers clear, well-managed contracts from someone who understands their sector.
Simon Romp
Chief Technology Officer
Simon is responsible for setting the technical direction for Onwave products and services. Simon brings over 20 years experience designing and implementing per formant and resilient software both on premise and in the cloud.
Sven Heuten
OWL Business Unit Director
Sven joined the team, bringing of 15 years of experience in the rail and infrastructure sectors and will be managing complex projects for our customers.
Rosemarie Connell
Financial Controller
Rosemarie leads the finance team at Onwave and is accountable for the company’s financial operations, controls and reporting.
She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant with almost 20 years’ experience. Under her guidance, the finance team delivers accurate, reliable financial management across the business.
Dana Konkin
Head of Network Engineering
Dana leads our Network Engineering function. Dana has previously worked as a Senior Network Engineer for Ericsson and Huawei and has over 30 years experience in network design and implementation.
Laura Garving
Marketing Manager
Laura oversees all marketing at Onwave, from brand development and content creation to events, PR, social media, SEO and the website. She works closely with our teams to raise the company’s profile.
Laura has extensive B2B marketing experience on both client and agency sides. She led the central marketing team at a FTSE 100-listed international infrastructure group and played a key role in repositioning and growing a specialist marketing and PR agency.
Stephen Phillips
Sales Manager
Stephen is an experienced and customer-driven Sales Manager who we’re thrilled to have as part of the team. His focus is on developing our existing client accounts and aligning these with the Onwave solution(s) that meet their specific needs.

Adrian joined Onwave in 2020 after a 30 year career with BT. He leads the Operations team in providing and deploying solutions and services to our customers.
